The Mission.
Artisanal cheese is produced by hand using the traditional craftsmanship of skilled cheesemakers. Axel and Joe from La Laiterie Paloise are cheesemakers experts and create local and organic artisanal cheeses. They produce their own cheeses using cow and goat local milk. As a result, their cheeses that are incredible tasty and fits perfectly into a sustainable economy. Value that we share.
In 2020, they asked us to produce a film presentation of their manufacture.
